Event details

What is POST/CON?

It's Postman's biggest API conference ever, spanning two days. You'll hear from industry leaders and gain new skills through hands-on workshops, in-depth presentations, and conversations. And you'll have a blast at our after-party.

Who should attend POST/CON?

POST/CON 24 is for anyone who works with APIs or whose business relies on APIs, such as CTOs, engineering leaders, software developers, testers, technical writers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.

On Day One, we'll offer hands-on workshops teaching the best methods for testing, monitoring, scripting, and collaborating on APIs.

On Day Two, we'll feature Postman product updates as well as presentations from industry leaders, who will share API challenges and solutions in sectors including AI.

Will you provide a certificate of attendance for POST/CON?

Yes. Each person who successfully completes the Day One workshops will receive a Postman badge. These will be both physical badges as well as downloadable versions that can be shared on social media.

Is there a template I can use with more info to persuade my manager to let me attend POST/CON 24?

Yes. Here is a "Persuade your boss" template that you can use.

Want to tune in virtually?

What safety tips do you have for POST/CON attendees?

San Francisco is a large, densely populated city. As such, we recommend the following practices during your stay:

  • If you drive, don't leave any valuables in your car.
  • We recommend you leave large bulky items at your home, office, or hotel room.
  • Remove your conference badge when you are outside the conference site. Badges make you more easily identifiable as a potential tourist and a more likely target.
  • Determine the route to your next destination before you leave your hotel or the conference.
  • Store your wallet securely in a zippered or front pocket.
  • If you need assistance during the event, please don't hesitate to speak with anyone wearing a POST/CON staff hat/T-shirt/vest. We're happy to help!

Preparation

How should I dress?

Dress comfortably. The POST/CON staff will be in Postman T-shirts and jeans.

Do I need to bring anything to POST/CON (e.g., laptop)?

While not required, a laptop is recommended to make the most of the conference.

What time is POST/CON?

The conference on Day Two begins at 9:00am and runs through 4:45pm.

Stay tuned for the schedule for Day One workshops and the Day Two after-party.

Do I need to bring anything for check-in?
